China’s light vehicle sales up 6% in October
Automotive News China

China’s light vehicle sales in October increased 6 percent year-
on-year to 1.3 million units, according to the China Association
of Automobile Manufacturers.

The sales increase suggests that China’s car market is not in
danger of recession. But Chinese car buyers continue to avoid Toyota,
Nissan and Honda, following China’s territorial dispute with Japan.
In October, combined sales of Japanese brands plunged 59 percent
year-on-year to 98,900 units

SINOPEC is building a coal-to-gasoline facility in my state of Wyoming USA that will export 21,000 bpd to China. Completion date is estimated to be in 2014 and almost nobody here in Cheyenne, Wyoming USA has a clue. Its amazing…no wonder China is surging forward and my United States continues to fade away.

Thats wild Greg. I have not heard about this either. You have any links on that? Wouldn’t surprise me. The parties involved may be trying to keep it hush hush. Doesn’t look good when we are not allowed to build our own pipelines yet foreign companies can come in and set up plants to extract the resources. Cheers Dan Collins
